Dummy The designs of products for living are mirrors that reflect the life of our society and the personal lifestyles of individuals. These designs vividly depict the hopes and dreams of the people using the products as well as the designers and corporations creating them. Dummy This world-traveling “Japanese Design Today 100” exhibition is a selection of about 90 of the finest examples of Japanese design created between the 1990s and the present, focusing on products used in everyday life. Over 10 more objects of modern design are also included from the postwar 1950s Japan to show the origins of today’s designs. Starting in 2004, the exhibition has toured more than 40 cities in about 20 countries around the world, including the U.S., South Korea, Brazil, Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey and Australia up to now. Dummy This exhibition aims to showcase recent trends and features of today’s Japanese design and introduce to India the current state of Japanese culture.
