Short Synopsis : This is a biographical film on Kenji Miyazawa, who was born into a wealthy family from Iwate, Tohoku. An idealist from the very beginning, he worked towards his utopian ideals throughout his life, despite harsh opposition as well as death in his family. He started his own experimental school to teach new farming methods, as well as music and arts to young farmers. An inspiring film about the life of Japan’s most beloved fantasy novelist, who was practically unknown in his lifetime.
