♦Rice

Ingredients
  • Rice 100 grms
  • Water 150grams


Method
First wash 150 grams rice 8-10 times in a bowl add 300 grams of water and keep it for ? hour boil the rice till all the water evaporates.
Rice is now ready to eat.



♦Dal

Ingredients
  • Dal arthar 150grams
  • Salt
  • Turmeric 1/4 tea spoon
  • Coriander powder 1/4 tea spoon
  • Ginger 1/4 inch
  • Cumin seeds 1/4 tea spoon
  • Green chilli 1 small
  • Coriander leaves
Method
In a cooker pour some refine oil add 1 chopped onion. Fry till they brown.
Add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste.
After 2 min add one chopped tomato.
Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder and 250 grms arhar dal.
Mix and steam for 10 min.
When it will be ready, garnish it with coriander leaves.



♦Pakora

Ingredients
  • Potatoes 250grm
  • Besan 200grms
  • Salt
  • Red cilli
  • Oil
  • Garam masala
Method
♦Mattar Paneer

Things Needed
  • Paneer 250gram
  • Mattar 300grams
  • Oil 2tblspoon
  • Onion 2tblspoon
  • Tomato 3
  • Coriander Powder 2tlbspoon
  • Turmeric Powder 1tblspoon
  • Red Chili Powder 1tlbspoon
  • Cumin Powder 11tlbspoon
  • Salt To Taste
  • Coriander Leaves Garnish
Method
Cut Paneer into small pieces and fry it. In pan put oil, onion and Tomato, Then add Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chili and Cumin Powder and keep it for 5 minutes. Then pour 2 cups of water and salt. Now add fried paneer and cook the vegetable for 15 minutes. Garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve.

   ♦What is the Cricket?


  1. Originated in England. Came to India in 1721. Became popular in the English ruled countries.
  2. has two teams. 11 players in one team. One is bating team and the second is bowling team.
  3. Three tools used in the game: bat, ball and six wickets
  4. The batsman guards the wicket. Prevents the bowler's ball to touch the wickets. If the ball touches the wicket batsman becomes out.
